其中russian_traffic_pack_by_Jazzycat_v3.4_base.scs是必须激活的，剩下的两个看情况。如果你让这些NPC只在俄罗斯出现，请激活russian_traffic_pack_by_Jazzycat_v3.4_def_for_russian_maps.scs。如果你想让其他国家也出现，就请激活russian_traffic_pack_by_Jazzycat_v3.4_def_for_non-russian_maps.scs
